You can do this by logging in to the event. You will see my Tickets in your profile. You will also see a “sell” and “change name” button there. If you press change name you will have the option to change your name. You can indicate for each ticket (s) you want to change the name. A fee will be charged to implement a name change. You must pay these costs immediately during the name change process. The tickets for which you have requested this will be replaced by new tickets. The old tickets will disappear from your profile and new tickets will become available. The old tickets no longer give you access to the event.

If your tickets have been stolen you can send us an email to support@tixxio.com with your order number, full name and email address with which you ordered the tickets. We will then look up your order in our system and create new tickets for you. The stolen tickets are destroyed and you receive the new tickets in exactly the same name as before. You will also be approached by us to verify that you are the one who made the request.
